About the Class:

This Restorative Yoga series is thoughtfully designed to balance the high-energy, nonstop daylight of Alaska’s intense summer season. It offers a grounding and calming sanctuary for the nervous system, inviting participants to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and embrace stillness. Through long-held, supported poses and gentle breathwork, the series cultivates deep rest, encourages parasympathetic activation, and soothes overstimulation from constant activity and light. Ideal for both seasoned practitioners and beginners, this practice serves as a gentle reset—nurturing inner quiet, better sleep, and emotional equilibrium during Alaska’s vibrant yet taxing summer months.
